How wild multipliers work
Wild symbols can appear with multipliers as high as 1,000x in both base and bonus play. When multiple wild multipliers contribute to the same result, the official rules state that their values multiply together before being applied to the total win.
This multiplicative structure creates the game's clearest point of difference. It also concentrates attention on comparatively rare combinations. A published maximum multiplier describes a possible feature value, not its frequency or the likely return of a session.
Sticky Wilds bonus mode
Landing three to six Scatters can trigger the bonus and offer a choice between two modes, with up to 20 free spins depending on the trigger. In Sticky Wilds, multiplier wilds remain in position throughout the feature.
Editorially, this mode is easier to follow because every retained wild creates a visible reference point for later spins. The trade-off is that a round without useful wild placement may feel slow despite the persistent mechanic.
Random Wilds bonus mode
Random Wilds can place up to six multiplier wilds on every free spin. Unlike the sticky mode, its appeal comes from repeated fresh placements rather than building around fixed positions.
The choice is mainly about presentation and volatility preference. Neither mode should be described as a dependable route to profit, and players should consult the in-game rules for the exact number of awarded spins and configuration.
What Super Scatters change
Super Scatters can unlock two enhanced bonus levels. Pragmatic Play says both may combine sticky and random wild behaviour, while the more enhanced version keeps all landed wilds sticky for the duration of the round.
This adds a clear hierarchy above the standard choice. It also makes the full feature structure more complex than the original Dog House format, which may not suit players who prefer simple free-spin rules.

- Multipliers combining multiplicatively creates obvious feature interaction.
- Two standard modes offer meaningfully different visual rhythms.
- Super bonuses add a higher feature tier without abandoning the core wild system.
What to verify before playing
- RTP and volatility for the version available in your jurisdiction.
- Minimum and maximum stake.
- Whether bonus purchase or Super Scatter options are available and at what cost.
- The exact Free Spins awards for each Scatter count.
Editorial verdict
The Dog House Megaways 1000 is most coherent when its features interact: multiplier wilds are simple to recognise, the two bonus modes provide a genuine structural choice, and Super Scatters create an understandable escalation. The presentation is feature-dense, so it is better suited to players who enjoy volatile, bonus-led slots than those seeking a restrained base game.
Maximum multipliers are ceilings, not expectations. Set a fixed entertainment budget, never chase a feature and check the information panel before wagering. Browse titles available in your location through the CasinOK slots section.
